With his vast experience in leadership, mentorship, and governance, Chief Obasanjo has deemed it fit to establish this one-of-a-kind Leadership Institute—unique in its prioritization of practical leadership, mentorship, and governance over an entirely academic approach. This initiative aims to nurture future leaders imbued with essential qualities such as humility, courage, and clarity of vision, alongside key leadership indicators including accountability, political and corporate stability, non-violence, administrative effectiveness, and adherence to the rule of law.
The Institute proudly boasts world-class educators, renowned international scholars, and distinguished speakers. Our programs are designed to offer interactive sessions that provide practical insights into globally recognized leadership and mentorship trends, ensuring participants gain a transformative and enriching experience that will shape their approach to leadership.
