The aim of the Olusegun Obasanjo Leadership Institute is to produce such leaders—leaders who are capable of delivering impactful results. The cross-national, cross-cultural, and multi-disciplinary composition of our board members reflects the Institute’s mission to train leaders for all sectors of the economy, not only within Nigeria but across the globe.
To achieve this goal, the Institute has assembled a carefully selected team of international resource persons, each with a proven track record of outstanding leadership, to manage and deliver its programs.
Our curriculum is tailored to the practical realities of leadership training, while maintaining deep academic content. Participants will benefit from experiential knowledge shared by past and present tested leaders. This wealth of experience forms the bedrock of our training, ensuring impactful leadership development.
Our teaching modules emphasize a case-study approach and intensive practical sessions. In addition to lectures, seminars, presentations, and group discussions, participants will engage in extensive study visits, providing real-time exposure to contemporary leadership challenges. This hands-on experience will enable participants to gain a thorough understanding of leadership training and practice.
