DR KOFO OBASANJO – BLACKSHIRE

Dr. Kofo Obasanjo-Blackshire holds a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from King’s College, London, and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

She is the author of Pillars of Statecraft: Nation-Building in a Changing World (2023), which explores six key pillars—Politics, Prosperity, Protection, Partnership, Population, and Prayer—as essential elements of successful nation-building and statecraft.

A passionate advocate for equity, justice, and Africa’s global influence, Dr. Kofo envisions Africa as a central and influential player on the world stage.

Beyond her professional work, she is an avid marathoner, having completed 16 marathons and is always in training for the next one.
